World of Dice: Yggdrasil Series
After the Dragons Orbs, the Yggdrasil is our second dice series consisting entirely of round dice.
Instead of the conventional polyhedral cube shape, all the cubes are the same size (22 mm) and completely rounded. The numbers of the cubes are held by small leaves and the body consists of twisted branches.
The metal dice are completely hollow on the inside and therefore weigh only 50g. (Conventional metal cubes weigh around 120g).
Due to the special structure, the cubes also offer an absolutely unique cube sound reminiscent of clinking crystals.
To ensure that the cubes can be stored safely and in style, each set comes with a high-quality aluminium case filled with velvet fabric. The dice are very sturdy, but we recommend using a soft dice mat (such as the World of Dice dice mat) to protect the dice.
Included are D4, D6, D8, D10, D10.0, D12, D20 and are suitable for all common pen & paper games such as Dungeons and Dragons (DND), The Black Eye (DSA), Cthulhu, Shadowrun or any other fantasy role-playing game.
